## Keywords

If certain words or phrases aren't recognized properly, create a **keyword** to improve recognition. This is useful when your pastor, church, or city has a unique spelling (such as Khloe or Jaxson) and you want to make sure it's recognized and spelled correctly.

For the best results, only create a keyword once you have confirmed that it is not being recognized properly. Avoid generic or common keywords, as they can negatively affect translation quality.

## Rules

Rules are special instructions provided to the translation engine. When you need to customize the tone, style, or a specific translation nuance for your church, create a rule. Keep rules short and instructive for best results with the translation engine.
