Share with your church
Once your translation is up and running, it’s time for others to access the translation on their own devices!
Everything you need to share your translation is on the Translation Links page in your dashboard. Here you’ll find three ways to share the translation:
1. Your translation link
Anyone can use this link to access the translation on their own device. Pro tip: put this link on your church website, mobile app, NFC tap tags, etc. for easy access!
Your translation link and QR code stays the same! It never changes from week to week, unless you want to permanently change it.
Want to change your translation link?
Your translation link is in the form app.withkaleo.com/c/handle, where the “handle” is unique to your church, like a username. Maybe you want to change your handle, or make it shorter. You can change your church handle on the Account Settings page. Note this will break any existing translation links you’ve shared with the previous handle, so proceed with caution.
2. Your QR code
Anyone can scan this QR code to access the translation on their own device. Feel free to include this in your own graphics or signage.
3. Your ready-made announcement graphic
This graphic comes with your church’s unique QR code embedded on it. Perfect for your announcement slides!
