MCP server
The Kaleo MCP (Model Context Protocol) server allows you to connect your Kaleo account to any AI tool that supports the Model Context Protocol, like Claude, Claude Code, and others.
Once connected, your AI tool can use the same church-scoped operations described in the Kaleo API reference. To make a change, your AI tool must send an explicit confirmation.
What you can do with the Kaleo MCP
- Check connected devices and live streaming status; start or stop a stream, change its voice or visibility, clear captions, and adjust its auto-stop time.
- List, create, inspect, update, and remove scheduled events.
- List and inspect completed sessions, including each session’s viewer analytics; change sharing or remove a session.
- Get original or translated transcript content in TXT or SRT format.
- Explore supported speaker and target languages, list your churches, and search Kaleo product documentation.

How to connect to the Kaleo MCP
You’ll need an active account with the AI tool of your choice to connect to the Kaleo MCP. Then you can follow these steps to connect:

Go to the MCP server page (under Integrations) in your dashboard.

Follow the instructions for the AI client you’re using. Setup guides are available for Claude, Claude Code, and other tools that support the Model Context Protocol.

Follow the instructions to grant access when prompted, and finish connecting your account.
